User research is hard; conducting interviews at scale is gruesomely time-consuming and extremely expensive. Alongside the LangChain team, I built an AI-based UX research platform that can interview thousands of simulated user interviews in minutes. Although simple, this tool was able to successfully predict events that happened after the model's training window, such as Duolingo's AI PR nightmare.
